Some words from Jeanine Porck, EPAR President:

At the opening of the academic year this Monday September 6, EPAR board member Igna Bonfrer received the Professor H.W. Lambers Prize. This prize is awarded to the best student with a double Master’s degree, preferably in different disciplines.

Professor Dr. Schmidt, Rector Magnificus of Erasmus University Rotterdam and chairman of the jury, praised Igna not only for her excellent grades but also for her activities as board member of the faculty association, member of the University Council and student assistant. 

We are happy to have Igna as PhD representative in the EPAR board and congratulate her with this great price! We also wish her a lot of luck with her field work in Kenya!
